Terms and Conditions

  • Equipment must be returned clean and ready to rent for the next event. Please wipe down tables and chairs before returning them to the trailer.
  • Please return the tablecloths to the tote and we will wash them when you return them.
  • Damages will be charged as follows: chair $50 each, table $200 each, tablecloth $10 each, decor and misc. rentals are at replacement cost, trailer damage is at replacement cost. 
  • If the damage is not reported and found later, the following costs will apply: chair $200 each, table $400 each, tablecloth $20 each, decor, misc. rentals, and trailer damage at twice the cost to replace/repair.
  • Pick up and drop off must be scheduled the week of the event by calling (406) 686-2665.
  • Vehicles towing the trailer must be licensed and insured. Your insurance must cover the use of the trailer.
  • Delivery and set up is available within 200 miles of Townsend for an additional charge.

Return and Refund Policy

Cheap Seats Refund Policy


  • Absolutely no refunds once the rental is booked
  • Rentals can be moved to any available date but no refunds
  • Damages are the responsibility of the renter
